CPU-Z — detailed PC hardware information

CPU-Z by CPUID identifies the processor, motherboard, system memory, and graphics adapter installed in a computer. It displays the CPU model and codename, process technology, socket, voltage, clocks, multiplier, instruction sets, and cache parameters in real time.

Information provided

• processor model, architecture, cores, and threads;
• motherboard vendor, model, chipset, and BIOS;
• memory type, capacity, frequency, and timings;
• SPD data for each memory module;
• essential graphics adapter details;
• a built-in CPU benchmark with reference comparisons.

Installer and portable build

CPUID provides both a regular installer and a ZIP archive that runs after extraction without installation. The archive contains separate executables for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.

Note

CPU-Z is a monitoring and identification tool; it does not change hardware clocks or voltages. Available readings depend on platform support and firmware.
