IP‑TV Player — IPTV playlists on Windows

IP‑TV Player by BorPas-Soft is a specialized frontend built on VideoLAN VLC components. It is designed for open IPTV streams supplied by a provider or legal internet source and combines channel lists, program guides, recording, and scheduling in one window.

• viewing and recording scheduler;
• OSD, favorites, channel logos, and per-channel video settings;
• remote control from a smartphone on the local network;
• provider configuration and channel numbering.

What is not included

The developer does not supply television channels or an IPTV service. You need a playlist from your provider or another source authorized to distribute the content. The player cannot decrypt DRM, CAS, or X‑KEY protected channels.

Privacy and setup

Settings allow provider viewing statistics and diagnostic log submission to be disabled. During setup, select the custom parameters and installation folder option to review all available choices. Only load playlists from trusted sources because version 50 supports provider-side JavaScript modules.

Authenticity

The official version 50.2 installer carries a valid ADSL club LLC digital signature. Its checksum is listed beside the download button.
